Buchaman yesterday took oath as “Ghetto President of Uganja” in emphatic fashion. The swearing in ceremony was not like just any other ordinary occasion. Members of the press, ”Majje aka ghetto soldiers” and ghetto youths were present to witness the transition or coup orchestrated by Buchaman as he took oath.
Before taking the oath, he declared Bobi Wine as a member of another government not Uganja. He stated that the works of an MP and ghetto president are different and as such, he is now responsible for the ghettos of Uganja.
