Singer and Presidential Advisor on Ghetto Affairs, Mark Bugembe a.k.a Buchaman, is demanding a meeting with President Yoweri Museveni, stating that it has been over a year since he last saw the Head of State in person.

Buchaman, who was appointed Presidential Advisor on Ghetto Affairs in 2019, says that since his appointment, he has met the President only twice.

Speaking to Sanyuka TV, Buchaman expressed his frustration, explaining that he has not met the fountain of honour for a long time because he is always blocked by people around the President.

“I have gone a long time without meeting the President. I only receive my monthly salary,” Buchaman said, adding that he wants to update the President on his activities and discuss the challenges he faces while executing his duties.

Buchaman also pointed out that Museveni has many unfulfilled promises to the ghetto youth.

“Many people have approached me, demanding the President’s promises made during the campaigns be fulfilled, and I have no answers,” he said. He has vowed to use every means possible to meet the President soon.
