Another hit from Big Talent Entertainment boss Eddy Kenzo called ‘Bikyuuka’ hit the airwaves towards the end of last month and has been receiving relentless rotation and airplay on radio and TV stations.

In Bikyuuka, Kenzo narrates his humble beginnings and how he was chased away by the parents of the girl he was hitting on because he was broke. In an interesting turn of events, Kenzo’s life changed for the better both in the song, and in real life.

Kenzo preaches against judging people for their current poor status and standard of life, saying that things can change for the better any time, hence “Bikyuuka,” loosely translated as “Things change.”

The mid-tempo song was written by Kenzo himself and neatly produced by Butar Magical from Mpaka records, and the beat is one you can surely dance to.

The song is video ready, its visuals shot and directed by Jahlive and its script follows the storyline as narrated in the lyrics, only that it lacked a few scenes representing Kenzo’s poverty at the time.

Nevertheless, the song has already topped several countdowns in Uganda and neighbouring countries, and has more than 380,000 views on YouTube in less than a month since its release.

OUR RATING:

Audio: 8/10. Video: 6.5/10.
