Singer Eddy Kenzo and his wife, State Minister of Energy and Mineral Development Phiona Nyamutoro have reportedly welcomed a baby girl.
Although details surrounding the birth have not been officially shared, sources close to the couple say both mother and newborn are in good health.
The child adds to Kenzo’s family, as he already has three children from previous relationships. Together with Nyamutoro, this is their second child.
The couple has had a publicly celebrated relationship journey. In 2024, they held a kukyala ceremony followed by a traditional introduction ceremony, with plans for a formal wedding still in the pipeline.
Nyamutoro, who was declared unopposed as Woman MP for Nebbi District in the 2026 elections, has often spoken warmly about Kenzo’s support in her political and personal life.
In earlier interviews, she described him as a strong pillar in her life, saying:
“It is a blessing to have someone who truly believes in you and proudly stands by you to help you achieve your dreams.”
