Kampala’s party scene is set for a fresh twist with the introduction of 4 Pitchers Midweek Madness, a new weekly entertainment event designed to turn ordinary Tuesday nights into a lively celebration of comedy, music and fun.
The event, a collaboration between District Management, 4 Pitchers and Stress Clinic, will make its debut on June 2, 2026, at Dstrkt 24 along Kira Road, next to Georgina Eye Clinic. Organisers have announced that entry will be free, with guests expected from 7:00pm onwards.
For its opening edition, Midweek Madness has assembled a star-studded lineup featuring singer Jackie Chandiru, popular comedian Amooti Omubalanguzi and the Amarula Family, comedy favourites Maulana and Reign, as well as Qkamba and Sunny, Daniel Omara and Sundiata. The evening will be hosted by Isaac Kuddzi, while DJ Phil and Niyo Official take charge of the decks. Music lovers will also enjoy live performances from the Artwave Band.
According to Isaac Kuddzi of Fan Factory Uganda, the new event aims to offer Kampala residents a refreshing entertainment option in the middle of the week.
“We are proud to introduce something new for Kampala’s audience. Starting June 2, Midweek Madness will bring together top local talent for a night of laughter and great vibes. It’s a free event, and everyone is welcome,” he said.
Organisers say preparations for the launch have been extensive, with the goal of creating an atmosphere that stands out from the city’s traditional nightlife offerings.
District 24 Marketing Manager Darlington Nahumuza expressed confidence that guests will enjoy what the team has prepared.
“We have taken time to put this together, and now we are ready. Everything is set for our guests to come through and enjoy a unique midweek escape,” he noted.

For 4 Pitchers representative Jessie Namwanga, the weekly gathering is expected to become a go-to destination for comedy lovers and anyone seeking a fun night out.
“This is a platform dedicated to laughter and good energy. Midweek Madness will bring together some of the best comedians and performers to create an unforgettable experience,” she explained.
Beyond the Tuesday comedy showcase, organisers are planning to expand the entertainment offering with a range of weekly activities. These will include quiz nights every Thursday, live band performances on Fridays and interactive game nights aimed at keeping revellers engaged throughout the week.
Namwanga said the long-term vision is to establish Midweek Madness as one of Kampala’s most anticipated entertainment events, adding that both the organisers and performers are committed to growing the platform into a major fixture on the city’s social calendar.
