With busy schedules, long working hours, traffic and constant screen time becoming part of everyday life, finding time to relax can be difficult. Calabash Spa & Salon at Speke Resort Munyonyo is offering guests a chance to slow down and recharge with a range of midweek wellness experiences.

One of the highlights is the “BLISSFUL BAE” package, available every Tuesday from 7am to 7pm. The experience is designed for couples and comes with an extra 30 minutes added to their treatment at no additional cost.

Guests taking up the package also receive a complimentary soft drink upon arrival and a glass of bubbly after their treatment, adding a celebratory touch to the experience.

For those looking for a midweek break, Calabash Spa also offers “WILE Wednesday”, featuring 90-minute massages. Guests can choose from several options, including Bamboo, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Calabash Massage, Herbal Compress Massage and Cleopatra’s Secret.

The Wednesday package also includes a complimentary Brown Sugar Coffee and Yoghurt Scrub.

Calabash Spa combines traditional wellness practices with modern treatments to provide guests with a relaxing and restorative experience. Its range of therapies is designed to ease muscle tension, improve circulation and promote overall relaxation.

Guests can further complement their treatments with steam and sauna sessions, helping them unwind and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

As wellness and self-care become increasingly important in Kampala’s busy lifestyle, the spa provides an opportunity for people to take a break and prioritise their wellbeing without having to set aside an entire day.

For bookings and inquiries, guests can contact Calabash Spa & Salon or Speke Resort Munyonyo directly.
