Calabash Spa and Salon has introduced lymphatic drainage massage as part of its wellness services, offering guests a gentle treatment aimed at promoting relaxation and easing feelings of tension and puffiness.
The new treatment is available to guests staying at Speke Resort Munyonyo and Speke Apartments Wampewo.
Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle technique that uses slow, light and rhythmic movements to encourage the movement of lymph fluid through the body’s lymphatic system. Unlike deep-tissue massage, the treatment uses light pressure and is generally designed to provide a calm and relaxing experience.
The new service adds to the range of wellness, dining, fitness and leisure facilities available at the Speke properties, giving guests more options for relaxation during their stay.
At Speke Apartments Wampewo, guests can also dine at La Cabana Restaurant, which serves a range of dishes, or exercise at Speke Gym, a fitness centre equipped with modern exercise equipment.
Other facilities include a swimming pool and high-speed Wi-Fi, allowing guests to combine relaxation, fitness and leisure during their stay.
