As Uganda prepares to celebrate its 64th Independence Day on 9 October, Kabira Country Club has announced two special dining experiences for families and food lovers marking the national holiday.
Guests will have a choice between a Premium Mixed Grill Platter and the popular Grand Mongolian Night, both set to take place on Independence Day at the Bukoto-based facility.
The Premium Mixed Grill Platter, priced at Shs70,000 per person, will feature a selection of goat chops, chicken skewers, beef skewers, barbecued potatoes, side salad and a themed pastry.
For those looking for a wider variety of dishes, the Grand Mongolian Night will offer live grilling, freshly prepared pasta and desserts. The experience is priced at Shs80,000 for adults and Shs50,000 for children below 12 years.
Kabira Country Club says the event is aimed at giving guests a memorable way to celebrate Uganda’s Independence Day with good food and a family-friendly atmosphere.

Meanwhile, expansion works at the facility are nearing completion. The project includes a shopping mall, 350 fully furnished apartments and a new luxury hotel.
