Malaika Mutoni Gashumba, wife of social commentator Frank Gashumba, has graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specialising in Human Resource Management from Victoria University in Kampala.
Malaika was among about 2,500 students who graduated during the university’s 10th graduation ceremony held from 19 to 20 October 2026 at Speke Resort Convention Centre in Munyonyo.
The Tuesday session brought together graduands from the Faculty of Business and Management and the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
The ceremony was held under the theme “The Future Is Here”, highlighting the growing importance of technology, artificial intelligence and practical skills in preparing graduates for the changing workplace.
Celebrating her achievement, Malaika said she had worked hard, persevered and prayed before reaching the milestone.
“Worked so hard, persevered, prayed… Officially a Master of Business Administration graduate specialising in Human Resource Management. All glory to God,” she posted on social media.
