Over the weekend, there has been a social media battle between Bebe Cool’s NRM/Silent Majority and Bobi Wine’s People Power camp. Bebe and Bobi are both in South Africa attending various conferences for their respective camps.

According to Bebe, the ruling party has already consolidated its 2021 win on the home soil, now the focus is to convince Ugandans in the Diaspora to vote for President Museveni come 2026.

He said the demonstration of support Silent Majority has received in just South Africa will be converted into another win for NRM and President Museveni in 2026.

Bebe claimed the youthful opposition pressure group led by Bobi Wine has been misleading Ugandans that it has a huge support from people in the Diaspora but South Africa exposed them by shunning their Cape Town conference.

“You can fool all the people sometimes, and some people all the time, but you can’t fool all the people all the time,” Bebe said in one of his social media rants directed to People Power.

“I warned the enemies of development that I will bring to light all their lies. The era of misleading Ugandans has come to an end,” he added.

Bebe said they are going to move their mobilization to UAE, UK, USA, and Canada among other areas around the world.
