Sasha Ferguson has broken her silence on life after her highly publicised breakup with media personality Canary Mugume, addressing questions about reconciliation, motherhood and moving forward.

The former couple made headlines last year after their separation turned bitter, with Sasha accusing Canary of domestic abuse and publicly sharing details of their troubled relationship. Since then, many followers have been eager to know where she stands.

During a recent question-and-answer session on Instagram, fans asked Sasha whether she was open to reconciling with her estranged husband, how she is coping with parenting, and if she has plans to move on romantically.

In her responses, Sasha made it clear that starting a new relationship is not her priority. She said her main focus is raising her children and providing them with stability.

On the issue of reconciliation, the mother of two was firm. She accused Canary of damaging her reputation and claimed he assaulted her while she was pregnant. Sasha described such behaviour as dangerous, especially when someone, she said, knowingly presents themselves as the victim despite the truth.

She emphasised that no woman should ever tolerate abuse, stressing that pregnancy does not make violence excusable under any circumstances.

Despite the allegations and what she described as deliberate attempts to tarnish her name, Sasha said she has no intention of giving media interviews to defend herself. Instead, she said she is choosing to let God handle the situation.

Sasha also hinted at frustrations over recognition and responsibility, saying it is painful when someone takes credit for children’s welfare while hiding behind the hard work of the parent who is truly present.

She concluded by expressing faith that God provides abundantly for those who genuinely care for and protect innocent lives.
