Rubaga South MP Kato Lubwama is expected to appear before Kampala High Court today for the hearing of his academics qualification case that was filed by an activist Habib Buwembo.
Buwembo in a case he filled a fortnight back declared that Lubwama did not qualify for the award of a UCE certificate because he obtained Grade 7 in the examinatifons.
Lubwama obtained F9 in Maths, English, Chemistry, and Physics. He also got passes in history and commerce and credits in Political Education, Geography and Christian Religious Education.

According to Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB), a candidate is only eligible to acquire a certificate if his results fall within division one to four.
Lubwama said claims that he failed O-level is out of Buwembo’s own imagination.
Lubwama’s supporters seem contented with their representative saying he has proved to be far better than the highly educated Ken Lukyamuzi he replaced despite his short spell in Parliament.
