Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) candidate Apollo Kantinti is ineligible to vote in the Kyadondo East by-election that is  underway in 93 polling stations across nine parishes.

According to the Electoral Commission, Kantinti is not registered as a voter in Kyadondo East but Mukono though this does not bar him from contesting and being voted for in the constituency. He reportedly missed the Electoral Commission’s voter register update and display exercises that would have granted him a chance to become a Kyadondo East voter.
