Many Ugandans may think that the only responsibility of the Police Force is to keep law and order. However, our Police Force has demonstrated that they can as well be very innovative and economically productive.

Yesterday during the weekly press briefing held at Police headquarters in Naguru, the Force unveiled their own making new brand of bread, “Kabalye Sweet Bread’ which is already on market in various sizes.

The factory is located in the Uganda Police Force training school based in Masindi district-Kabalye.

According to Police this is intended to create more jobs for the youth and also show the public that the force can participate in the economic development of the country. We hope for more innovations of the kind from police.
