Kanyamunyu to appear in court today

The Executive Director Quantum Express Logistics and prime suspect in the murder of NGO worker, Kenneth Akena, Mr. Mathew Kanyamunyu is expected to appear in court today for hearing of his fourth bail application. The High Court set October 4th last month.

On the previous three hearings, the businessman was denied bail given the nature of the offence but his lawyers state that he has the right to bail.

Other suspects, his girlfriend Cynthia Muwangaria, his brother Joseph Kanyamunyu were earlier granted bail.
