State Minister for Industry, Ntabazi Harriet who also is a former Bundibugyo Woman Member of Parliament (MP) has appeared before Buganda Road Court to answer charges of forgery for uttering a fake Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) to the Electoral Commission, purporting that it was issued by UNEB.

Officials from the IGG’s office arrested Ntabazi on Friday after it emerged that in December 2015, she knowingly and fraudulently uttered the UACE certificate to secure her nomination.
