Gen. Caleb Akandwanaho alias Salim Saleh on Tuesday stealthily met detained former Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kale Kayihura in Makindye Military Barracks, Matooke Republic has learnt.

According to our sources, Saleh, who is the presidential adviser on Defence Affairs and president Yoweri Museveni’s brother held talks with Kayihura after the former police man refused to be interrogated by junior officers.

It is not yet known what Saleh and Kayihura discussed but the UPDF spokesman, Brig Richard Karemire said it is not unusual for top military officers to meet and discuss regardless of where.
