Today morning, Uganda Airlines had its first commercial flights from Entebbe International Airport with one headed to Nairobi and another to Juba, South Sudan.

In efforts to make the airline expression purely Ugandan, rolex and katogo have been included on the menu.  Jennifer Bamuturaki the Uganda Airlines Commercial Director early this morning during a press conference at Uganda Media Centre said the airline food will not be sold.

“……It will be provided for free to all classes. Some of the food among others that will be served is rolex, katogo and later luwombo if the customers suggest,” Bamuturaki said.

Currently the confirmed flight destinations include; Nairobi, Mogadishu, Kilimanjaro, Juba, Mombasa, Dar Es Salaam and Bujumbura. And for anyone that would like to book a flight has to either go to the Airline offices at Victoria University building or visit their website.
