Court in East London province of South Africa has sentenced three Ugandans to 13 years in jail after they were found guilty of fraud. According to a South African news outlet SABC, the yet-to-be-identified Ugandans have been masquerading as traditional healers.

Reports say that a South African teacher approached the perceived traditional healers looking for spiritual cleansing. The three Ugandans used their antics to convince the teacher to resign from her work.

They also convinced her to hand over her pension payout worth R1.6 million (about Shs383m), something that she later realised was fraud after not getting her desired results. This prompted her to drag them to court, and they have now been convicted.
