Bus companies and other transport operators have revised transport fares for passengers plying different routes following a ban on inter-district movements.

Following President Museveni’s nation address on Sunday evening over the COVID19 situation in the country, Museveni said that both Public and Private transport from one district to another is suspended effective 10th June.

The transport companies are using the advantage of the three days grace period the President gave to students to travel back home and now they have increased the transport fares.
