IGP Ochola forgives 17-year-old social media user who announced him ‘dead’

Charles Twiine, the CID spokesperson has revealed that the Police IT department finally traced the owner of the Facebook page that announced the Inspector General of Police Othoth Ochola dead.

Speaking during the weekly security briefing, Twiine said that the person behind the page is a 17-year-old boy.

He disclosed that the boy was interrogated and cautioned before the IGP decided to forgive him, considering he is a minor.
