Sad news reaching us indicates that NTV Uganda and Daily Monitor journalist James Babalanda has been found dead in his house in Mukono.

According to sources, Babalanda died in his sleep.

Babalanda was at work yesterday, and that’s when his colleagues last saw him. However, he was recovered today by friends who had gone looking for him after failing to reach him via a phone call.
