It’s another gold medal! Team Uganda is enjoying a very impressive performance at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia. Uganda has bagged two medals; gold and bronze in the Women’s 10,000m final at Carrara stadium.

It was pure grit as Stella Chesang saw off competition from Kenya’s Stella Ndiwa to clock 31:45.30 while Ndiwa posted 31:46.36.  Mercyline Chelangat added more glory to the medal podium with a 31:48.41finish eclipsing Kenya’s Beatrice Mutai.
