Five time successive National Basketball League winners, City Oilers is making it a norm to always give opponents false hope in the opening game before taking charge of the series.

For whoever watched game one of the Tusker Lite final best of seven playoffs, Power looked set to dethrone Oilers’ dominance in local basketball as they won the game with a 19 points margin.

However, despite the game two and game three being tight and thrilling, money bags Oilers have looked not ready to leave the throne any time soon. The side looks well composed even when under pressure.

Yesterday, Sunday in front of a fully packed MTN Arena, Lugogo, Oilers gained lead of the series 2-1 after winning game three 77-68. With such another frustrating result, Power have to give in their all in game four slated for Wednesday, October 10 if they are haunt Oilers’ road to sixth title.
