CEO Sanjay Rughani expressed the bank’s satisfaction in growing with the marathon, highlighting the importance of fitness and community engagement.

“This marks the second year of our involvement, and we’re delighted to be part of this event. Marathons, as a global pursuit, exemplify not only enjoyment but also the well-being of our clients. It’s a rare activity that unites us, and we’re thrilled to continue our partnership,” Rughani shared.

The Tusker Lite Mt Rwenzori Marathon has been thoughtfully structured to accommodate participants of diverse skill levels. Entrants can choose between the demanding 42km full marathon, the 21km half-marathon, or the 5km fun run. Each category presents a unique opportunity for participants to test their limits while soaking in the stunning beauty of the Rwenzori Mountain ranges.

Registration for the marathon is now open, with East African Community residents securing their spot for Shs60,000, and international participants for $60.
