Speke Resort Munyonyo has rolled out a new staff training programme aimed at strengthening service delivery and improving the overall guest experience.
The training, conducted last week, focused on equipping employees with practical skills needed to maintain world-class hospitality standards.
Management said the initiative is part of ongoing efforts to ensure consistent excellence in service.
“We resumed our in-house staff training sessions, empowering our team with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to consistently deliver world-class service and exceptional guest experiences,” the resort said in a statement.

In addition to customer service development, staff also participated in a comprehensive fire and safety training session. The exercise was designed to prepare employees to respond effectively in emergency situations while maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
