Mugoya Yasin, a taxi conductor at the Jinja taxi stage, has won a brand-new car in the KBET and VROOOM giveaway by Kagwirawo, becoming the first of three winners to take home a vehicle in the promotion.
Mugoya, a Manchester United fan from the Busoga region, won the car after placing multiple bets on Virtual Football through KBET.
Speaking after receiving the car keys, Mugoya said he plans to use his new vehicle to start a special hire business.
His win is the first car prize awarded in the promotion, with two more cars and six motorcycles still up for grabs.
Customers can participate by placing bets through KBET or by using Airtel at 185532# and MTN at 165464#.
KBET is a licensed and regulated online sports betting platform under Uganda’s Lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board.
