Wasswa Henry, a 25-year-old man from Butambala, has won a brand-new car in the ongoing KBET and VROOOOM giveaway organised with Kagwirawo.
Henry becomes the second winner in the promotion, which is giving away three cars and three motorcycles to lucky participants.
His win came at an emotional time, just a day after he lost his father, when he received a phone call informing him that he had won the vehicle.
Henry, who enjoys betting on English Premier League (EPL) matches, reportedly participated in the promotion using a basic mobile phone before landing the prize.
With two cars already won, the promotion still has one car and three motorcycles up for grabs.
Customers can participate by placing bets through the KBET website, www.kbet.ug, or by dialling 185532# on Airtel and 165464# on MTN.
KBET is a licensed online sports betting platform regulated by Uganda’s Lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board.
