Though Cranes are out, the boys have a chance to fill their wallets.  Ahead of their last 2017AFCON game against Mali tomorrow at Oyem Stadium, Cranes will need to play their best against Mali to land the third position that earns them a whooping Shs 2Bn.

Cranes’ win will see us finish 3rd in group D thus receiving CAF prize money of $500000(over Shs2b) but in case of any other result, the team will lose over Shs400m

Confederation of African Football will spend $10 million on prize money.

Micho promised to field a strong squad to deny Mali a team that stands a chance to make it to the next round. Below is the list of prize money and how much will be paid to each of the participants, depending on where they finish.
