After visiting State House where he met with President Museveni, award winning music maestro Eddy Kenzo has been accused of betraying the youth movement of People Power, a political pressure group led by one of his mentors Hon Robert Kyagulanyi popularly known as Bobi Wine.

While appearing in Patrick Salvado’s Just Comedy show segment titled ‘The Red Corner’ that happens every Wednesday at Kingdom Kampala, Kenzo was tasked to explain why he is reported to have ‘changed’ since visiting State House.

The self-proclaimed Love Nigga President first asked his interviewer, comedian Napoleone Ehmah whether he has ever visited State House.

“I have never,” Ehmah briefly replied.

“If you have never then it is okay for me to change because not everyone goes to State House,” Kenzo said.

He added, “I changed because State House is a special place to go to.”

However, Kenzo refuted claims that he changed political sides as he explained that his political ideology still subscribes to People Power.

“I support a movement of People Power led by Bobi Wine,” he said.
