Since opportunities are like a double-edged sword where good things come along with bad ones, newly appointed Presidential envoy for ghetto affairs, Mark Bugembe aka Buchaman is in hot soup as former landlord has threatened to renew a case against the proclaimed Ghetto President.

According to the landlord, Buchaman and his wife approached him for a house to rent in 2010. He gave them the house at Shs600,000 per month. However, a year later after the singer parted ways with his former boss Bobi Wine, Buchaman started accumulating rent arrears.

The landlord said he dragged Buchaman to Nabweru court in 2011 and he was ordered to pay Shs5.6 million that could cover his rent debt and utility bills.

However, Buchaman failed to meet the court order and has been playing hide and seek since then.

“Since he is now a Presidential Adviser, he should use his salary to pay. If not I am resurrecting the case,” the landlord said.
