A letter is making the rounds on social media where President Yoweri Museveni appointed Dr. Nassan Tandekwiire as a Senior Presidential Advisor on Indigenous cattle.

In a letter dated July 31, Museveni was excited to know that the Qataris were to visit his Kisozi farm.

He ordered his daughter Diana Kamuntu to coordinate the visit, according to the letter.

Let’s leave everything else in here and we look at the senior presidential advisor on indigenous cattle and the 15millions. Does this money and position pass through the 3-T test? Necessity, proportionality and provided under the law. Miss use of funds. @kizzabesigye1 @HEBobiwine https://t.co/v87aNYcgjr
