ABS TV’s version of “sexy” news reading where news anchors flaunt their bodies like models on a runway has landed the TV situation in hot soup! Owned by city pastor Augustine Yiga, the TV station has had its license suspended by Uganda Communications Commission, the regulator of local media houses.

From the letter released today, the commission affirms that they issued a series of warnings to the management of ABS TV to refrain from broadcasting of offensive programs, a request which they forcefully refused to comply with.
