Lately, Presidential Advisor on Special Operations First Son Lt. Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba has been too political in his social media tweets.

However, his tweet yesterday about Presidential hopeful Bobi Wine caused debate amongst the public. In his tweet, Muhoozi indicated how he is long-time friends with Bobi Wine and they used to meet and discuss several issues. He further showed his willingness to meet the People Power leader.

“A lot of my supporters are telling me to sit down and talk to my brother Bobi Wine. I have no problem talking to him, we talked in the past and we were friends,” Muhoozi said in a tweet.

Nevertheless, Muhoozi cautioned the youth on choosing the path of violence in an attempt to cause change.

“I just advise all the youth never to seek war over peace,” he cautioned.

This comes a few days when the first son in brief addressed the alleged ‘Muhoozi Project.’

In his tweet, Muhoozi said; “Some evil people coined this phrase to try to destroy us! But trust my generation to convert every curse into a blessing. Thank you Ugandans.”
