City Lawyer Male Mabirizi has wrote to the Electoral Commission asking them to stop National Unity Platform President Hon Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine from standing for President.

Mabirizi says that he has gathered enough evidence to prove that Bobi Wine lied about his age and failed crucial subjects and thus does not deserve to appear on the presidential ballot paper.

According to Mabirizi whom the Electoral Commision gave access to Bobi Wine’s academic credentials upon request, his Diploma academic transcript from Makerere University showed that he was born in 1980 not 1982 as per most of his other documents like the passport and National ID.

Mabirizi says that the documents further showed that Kyagulanyi scored an F9 in mathematics in UCE and failed the General Paper (GP) in UACE where he scored F9 too. Mabirizi says that such results make Bobi unfit to occupy the country’s top office as he lacks the integrity to rule a country.
