FUFA president Moses Magogo lands top position in CAF executive committee till 2021

FUFA president Eng Moses Magogo has today been appointed member of the CAF Executive Committee 2017-2021. His appointment has been passed in the CAF meeting that is taking place in Manama Bahrain.

“In recognition of the progress of football development in Uganda and contribution towards African football, at the CAF Congress in Manama Bahrain, I have been appointed a member of the CAF Executive Committee 2017 – 2021 and a member of the CAF Reforms Committee,”Magogo  posted on his  social media pages.

In March this year, Magogo stood as candidate for the Central-East Zone CAF seat. He and other two incumbents lost to Suleiman Hassan Waberi of Djibouti. Magogo is also on the campaign of retaining the FUFA presidential seat ahead of the elections due in August.
