Speke Resort Munyonyo has announced Ugandan music star Sheebah Karungi as the main performer for its New Year’s Eve celebration scheduled for 31 December 2025.
The lakeside event is expected to usher in the New Year with live music, fireworks and a lively party atmosphere at one of Uganda’s most luxurious venues.
The announcement was made through Speke Resort’s official social media pages, accompanied by a colourful video showing Sheebah dancing by the pool in her trademark energetic style. In the post, the resort described her as the star attraction for the night, promising guests top DJs, a grand fireworks display, flowing champagne and a range of entertainment activities.
Sheebah also excited her fans, popularly known as Sheebaholics, with a playful message that quickly gained traction online. The reveal has generated strong buzz, especially after organisers confirmed an entry fee of Shs 20,000, a price many fans have welcomed as affordable for such a high-profile event.
