In his congratulatory message to Harriet Mugenyi Busingye and Tubo Christine Nakwang for winning the Hoima and Kaabong woman Member of Parliament by-elections respectively, President Yoweri Museveni has said that even with the lies from the opposition, people know where the light is.

Museveni says the National Resistance Movement (NRM) structures are actively working and effectively impacting the lives of Ugandans.

“I congratulate the NRM structures in the two districts for doing a good job and delivering these victories. The NRM is stronger than ever and its vision is correct,” Museveni says.
