After the gruesome murder of Police spokesman AIGP Andrew Felix Kaweesi, there has been a strong wave of fear in the country. The AIGP, his body guard and driver were murdered in a manner that shocked Ugandans.

So, with the increased vigilance, Ugandans have taken this “security consciousness” to a whole other level that even the CCTV cameras might be of secondary importance. This photo of a policeman presumably “hiding under a hedge” shocked many Ugandans.

Many have been claiming the Policeman was hiding from a security threat. Others joked that he was one of the “security cameras” that had been installed.

However, it turns out, the Policeman was somewhere on I.U.I.U campus Mbale and was trespassing. He was caught by camera in position that portrayed him as one “hiding” but it had nothing to do with security threats. He was simply trespassing!
