Africell last week unveiled NTV presenter and socialite Sheila Gashumba as the face of their #TripleData offer and according to the telecom’s Commercial Director Milad Khairallah, Sheila was appointed as an ambassador on a year-long contract “to give a face and attach a personality” to the #TripleData offer.
