Police provide preliminary details on Ggaba incident where mother allegedly stabbed two children to death and critically injured three others

It is alleged that the mother to the deceased children only identified as Agnes, left charcoal stove inside the house, which caused the fire.

It is also alleged that she had gone out of the house to party as the husband was also not at home. The mother to the kids fainted upon receiving news of the death of her children.

The bodies were taken to the city mortuary for post mortem. The case is under investigations.

“We appeal to the community not leave charcoal stoves or burning candles without an adult attending to them,” says police.
