- Copies of UACE and UCE result slips

- Copy of equated Diploma transcript or Certificate (if applicable) from the National Council of Higher Education (NCHE)
- Equated secondary school certificate from the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB)
- National ID, Passport, or Birth Certificate
- Two passport photos
- Admission fee: USD 78
