‘Muzukuulu’ Bebe Cool applauds President Museveni’s support for the Uganda Cranes

Uganda Cranes made yet another return to Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) finals in remarkable fashion! Going into the game on Saturday in need of just a point, the boys gave us more than we expected. They collected all points!

Singer Bebe Cool praises President Yoweri Museveni’s commitment to the team saying it has been pivotal in the qualification campaign.

In his short message on his official social media platforms Bebe Cool wrote saying; “Congs to Uganda Cranes and thanks to Mr President, our jajja for always taking time to meet, encourage and promote Ugandans in different sectors that put all Ugandans together in big number.”

President Museveni recently chartered a plane for the Cranes away game in Lesotho and also gifted the team Shs200m.

Despite the qualification, Uganda Cranes will play away against Tanzania who need all points to reach the Afcon finals. The game will be in December. Uganda Cranes will making their second consecutive appearance at the Afcon finals due in Cameroon next year.
